What We Offer

Our Services

Where Your Journey Starts

Initial Nutrition Assessment

Your first session covers a complete health history and a thorough understanding of your needs, preferences, and goals. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach — we strive to understand your unique relationship with food and your body, then build a personalized care plan together. We hope to create a relationship built on trust so that we can honestly and openly communicate with one another.

Follow-Up Appointments

During follow-up appointments we celebrate your progress, get curious about potential obstacles, and make plans together to move forward in your journey. We provide nutrition education, assist with meal planning and portion guidance, and work toward a structured plan or intuitive eating — depending on what's right for you. How often we meet depends on your goals, readiness, support system, and many other factors that we'll discuss openly.

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)

A non-invasive test that analyzes your hair to reveal mineral levels and toxic metal exposure over the past 2–3 months. Unlike blood work, HTMA reflects long-term patterns in cellular health — highlighting mineral deficiencies, thyroid/adrenal function, and stress patterns.

Includes: test kit mailed to you, 1-hour dietitian consult, detailed results analysis, and treatment protocol.

Insurance & Payment

We want the financial side of care to be as transparent as the care itself. Here's exactly what you need to know.

Plans We Accept

Aetna Cigna United Healthcare UMR Select Health

Please note: We do not currently accept Medicare, Medicaid, or Anthem BCBS plans. Insurance rates may vary from private pay rates based on the specific provider and individual plan.

If we are in-network, we take care of billing for you. If we are out-of-network, we provide a Superbill — the correct documentation for you to submit directly to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Project Heal Partner

We are proud partners of Project Heal, who offer support to individuals who need a reduced fee spot for eating disorder care.

What to Ask Your Insurance

Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask:

1
Is Sollus Nutrition Therapy (EIN 46-2339972) in-network with my plan?
2
Do I have coverage for a nutrition consult (billing codes 97802 & 97803)?
3
Is a diagnosis required? If yes, have it emailed or faxed to your RD (Fax: 1-866-719-0945).
4
What is my co-pay or deductible?
5
How many nutrition visits do I have per calendar year?
