Eating Disorders
Anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and ENOS. Compassionate, evidence-based care from providers with collective decades of treatment center experience.
Everything you need to know about what we offer, what it costs, and what your insurance may cover — before you pick up the phone.
Your first session covers a complete health history and a thorough understanding of your needs, preferences, and goals. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach — we strive to understand your unique relationship with food and your body, then build a personalized care plan together. We hope to create a relationship built on trust so that we can honestly and openly communicate with one another.
During follow-up appointments we celebrate your progress, get curious about potential obstacles, and make plans together to move forward in your journey. We provide nutrition education, assist with meal planning and portion guidance, and work toward a structured plan or intuitive eating — depending on what's right for you. How often we meet depends on your goals, readiness, support system, and many other factors that we'll discuss openly.
A non-invasive test that analyzes your hair to reveal mineral levels and toxic metal exposure over the past 2–3 months. Unlike blood work, HTMA reflects long-term patterns in cellular health — highlighting mineral deficiencies, thyroid/adrenal function, and stress patterns.
Includes: test kit mailed to you, 1-hour dietitian consult, detailed results analysis, and treatment protocol.
Grocery store trips, restaurant outings, and cooking lessons — available when clinically indicated. Our goal is to support your unique nutrition journey in the specific ways that would be most helpful to you.
Availability depends on your provider and care plan. Ask at your initial assessment.
Our team is available for in-person or virtual group education events. Topics include sports nutrition, nutrition therapy, eating disorder treatment, gut health, gastrointestinal issues, body image, compulsive eating/dieting, diet culture, intuitive eating, and healthy living.
Contact us to discuss your group's needs →We want the financial side of care to be as transparent as the care itself. Here's exactly what you need to know.
Please note: We do not currently accept Medicare, Medicaid, or Anthem BCBS plans. Insurance rates may vary from private pay rates based on the specific provider and individual plan.
If we are in-network, we take care of billing for you. If we are out-of-network, we provide a Superbill — the correct documentation for you to submit directly to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
