Ongoing sessions celebrate your progress, work through obstacles, and refine your nutrition plan. We provide meal planning guidance, education, and support — for as long as it's helpful to you.
Includes test kit, 1-hour dietitian consult, detailed results analysis, and treatment protocol. HTMA reveals long-term mineral levels, toxic metal exposure, thyroid/adrenal function, and stress patterns.
Grocery store trips, restaurant outings, and cooking lessons — available when indicated as part of your care plan. Real-world practice to support your unique nutrition journey.

We are contracted with many Aetna, Cigna, Select Health, UMR, and United Healthcare plans. We handle billing when in-network, or provide Superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
